I was looking around RSOF for some teams and I've found some... But they want people that know the "2 hit method"

 

 

 

I'm new to it, What's the best thing to wear? and what are the methods?

I think the first is using a spear (D Spear or Zamorak Spear)

 

And the second is using Ruby (e) with rune crossbow.

It's a complciated method. A friend hast tried to teach me how to do it, but it's hard to learn. Anyway, just ask a corp beast if you can come with them to see how they kill it.
