Where exactly is this located? I have been using the correct emote all over the Haunted woods but I cannot find it.

just south-east of the fairy ring at a grave marker. make sure that u have absolutely nothing equipped too ;P

There are way too many vampires, they are all trying to/are attack/attacking me.

Sure you can do it~ Just ignore them and do the emote; the double agent will appear regardless of whether you are being attacked or not.
