  1. I faced the same problem as you and I found the answer on RSOF. All you need to do is to click your quest tab and select the quest 'Fur N Seek'. Scroll down the quest guide to see what items have or have not been crossed out.
  2. Probably in future 'Behind the scenes', you'll start seeing things like these:  "Eastern Lands and Elven capital-city of Prifniddas The coming month of update will open up fabulous, new lands to members! Yes, the Eastern Lands and elven-capital city of Prifniddas that you all have been waiting for is finally here! We are giving all members a chance to visit these new places. New batch of items from Loyalty Shop We are adding new items to the Loyalty Shop in the coming months! Ever wished you could punch a J-Mod in the face? Members wishing to vent their frustrations on any J-Mods responsible for bad updates now can! We are adding customisation options to the Squeal of Fortune. Players can now customise Yelp with any J-Mod's face and give him/her a virtual punch with every spin you make! For those that are impatient among us and simply can't wait till the next day to punch us in the chops again, you can purchase various spin packages. To do this, simply click the "buy spins" button within the Squeal of Fortune interface. What is a 'Behind the Scenes' article? Behind the scenes is a sneak peek at the planned game updates which we hope to launch in the coming month. This is, however, only a plan, not a promise that a particular update will be released in a particular way or at a particular time. To get you the highest quality updates as quickly as possible, we usually keep on tweaking and testing right up until the moment before release just release content without proper testing to let players find the bugs for us, so, sometimes, things change or take a bit longer than expected."
  3. This quote from a RSOFer made sense doesn't it? Made me chuckle a little bit  "Las Vegas casinos are run by idiots! After all these years, all they had to do was give away a paperclip, or even a used toothbrush, and suddenly it's not gambling because you always win something. They could have bus loads of children going there as soon as school lets out! And Jagex just figured this out! How brilliant of them! Seriously though, this is beyond belief. Simply beyond belief." Quick find code: 15-16-615-63660816 (page 18)
  4. The 'something' that most players win (i.e. cabbage, 50 gp, iron ore, bronze arrow etc.) is just their way of telliing players 'Better Luck Next Time', which actually has no difference from players winning absolutely nothng since these items aren't considered valuable. That excuse 'everyone wins something' is just to cover their backside.
  5. JAGEx a la Animal Farm... Won't be surprised if they started changing their own rules discreetly like the pigs in the fairy-tale. "RuneScape game items must only be exchanged for other items or services within the game. The exchanging of RuneScape game items for items, services or other benefits in other online games, for real-life money or items or for any other real-life benefits or services is not allowed." -----------------> No player$ $hould u$e real-life money to buy item$, $ervice$ or other benefit$ in Rune$cape from other RWT website$ except from the official JAGEX web$ite. "We dont want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldnt affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape." -----------------> All Rune$cape player$ are equal, but $ome Rune$cape player$ are more equal than other$, if you $how u$ the money. Teeheehee. Kthxbai.
  6. Hi there, this is my set-up and method. I am not sure if it is the best or fastest or most efficient but it works very well for me. It doesn't really matter much now if you could stay as long as possible since with the introduction of Drakan's Medallion to tele to Burgh de Rott, anyone with the medallion could bank quickly and return to Barrows. But for those who has yet to get the medallion, this will work decently. Feel free to change or play around with your inventory and what potions to bring; as long as you are comfortable with them. My main idea here is to show you the safe-spots. There are actually safe-spots for all the melee brothers therefore you only need prayer for Karils (and/or Ahrims if he keeps getting lucky hits on you; in my case he barely hits through Void armour). For Dharok in the tunnel, I always ignore him and engage him in the chest-room because there are safespots there. I would recommend that you get comfortable with using all the safe-spots that I am about to show you before trying to do so without 'Protect melee'. Just be prepared to put on Protect Melee for Dharok just in-case.I usually approach the tombs closest to the first point of luring. If you have done them correctly, they would at most hit you only once or twice before you reach your safe-spot. My Set-up: Guthan safe-spot: (red shows the path you have to click to, to enable a successful lure and safe-spot him.) Torag safe-spot: (note the direction of the map, I turned it around so it's easier to manoeuvre and click the spot I want to go.) Verac safe-spot: (once again, note the direction of the map.) Akrisae safe-spot: (I forgot to add in the supposed paths that the Brothers were supposed to take to engage you but I thought I'd add it in for Akrisae to show his movement path.) Tunnel safe-spot: (the green patches show the place where you want to stand; red patches show the place which the wights could side-step the torch and flank you from the bottom so do not stand there! One thing to note is that if there are stray tomb creatures around, they will hit you, but you will still be able to engage the Barrow wight without interference. Best is to clear the chest-room area first if possible.) You can use the tiles on the floor to guide you as to where to stand. Lastly, Dharok safe-spot: (he will at most hit you once only since his attack speed is 3) The order that I do the tombs depends on if I have prayer points or not. Whenever there is prayer points available at start 990: Karils > Ahrims > rest of the melee brothers. If Verac or any others get a lucky hit on you, you will be able to heal using Soul-Split since you have prayer points to use. Whenever prayer points is 0, like after finishing the previous run: Any melee brothers > Ahrim/Karils. I do this so that I don't go to Karils' tomb, drink a dose of Prayer potion only to find that his tomb leads to a tunnel. By going through all the melee brothers to make sure I know that non of their tomb leads to the tunnel, then only left with Ahrims and Karils. I will go to Ahrims' tomb first to check since I don't need prayer for him. Anyway this is what I do and if you are lucky enough, you can get Prayer potions or sharks from the chest to replenish any lost supplies. You should only need one dose of Prayer potion for each subsequent run. I was able to last there till my 3000-charge PPS became like around 500-600 charges left. Have fun~
  7. I am done too : ) But it has no stats whatsoever; not even an emote : S Anyway idk if Ring of Charos (a) helped with the decision of the jury because I made some wrong choices but I still manage to beat all the cases while wearing one. EDIT: Makes you look like an old granny while wearing that wiggy :-D
  8. Should be Prosecuting the Evil Twin because prosecuting gives Attack xp while defending gives Defence xp. I am on to the Rick Turpentine case; last one for the wiggy. EDIT: Saw your edit too late~~
  9. Reward for defending the River Troll. Got my summons all the while pick-pocketing Ardougne Knights.
  10. Reward for defending Drunken Dwarf. [hide][/hide]
  11. Noticed that the Items Database doesn't have this item so here goes~~ Grounding boots: A pair of boots with very high magical resistance. Got it from a Jelly.
  12. Hello all, I was just wondering about the exp rate of doing agility with the Penance Master Horn (PMH) at Ape Atoll and at Dorgesh Khan. Which place has the best exp rate per hour? My Agility level is 80 by the way. IMO, Ape Atoll seems to be faster and easier to complete than Dorgesh Khan. However, I am under the impression that Dorgesh Khan gives more xp, with the bulk of it coming from Thurgall, the goblin who asks you to retrieve items. But since the PMH does not double the xp that Thurgall gives, plus the fact that you have to keep asking him what stuff he needs, will this ultimately be slower xp rates compared to Ape Atoll with PMH? If someone wasn't using PMH, then I'd agree that Dorgesh Khan should be better xp than Ape Atoll. Any advice on this? Thanks~
  13. Just to add on to info about Promethium pickaxe. It is 2kg. Shop buys for 2040 gp. Trade value is 6800 gp. High alch value is 4080 gp.
  14. Megaleather Boots --- Boots crafted out of thick lizard hides. (Tier 9) High Alch value is 2760 gp. Shop buys for 1380 gp. Weight is 6-2 = 4kg
  15. Runic Hood --- A hood worn by mages. (Tier 9) Shop buys for 2760 gp. Trade value is 9200 gp. High Alch value is 5520 gp. Weight should be negligible because my spear is 2kg.
  16. Just to add on to info about Incantor's Boots: Smuggler will buy it for 360 gp; Trade Value is 1200; High Alch value is 720 gp
  17. Primal Gauntlets --- A pair of heavy gauntlets. (Tier 11) Shop will buy it for 30 000gp. Trade value is 100 000gp. High alch value is 60 000gp.
  18. Source: Retrieved from http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Kuradel (I don't claim credit for the above screenie; just post it here to let you all know.) This is the only screenshot that I got of my own.
  19. This is the new picture which is slightly different. This is the link for the older picture. http://www.tip.it/runescape/img2/02_48N_22_30E.gif
  20. Under the Items Database, the Dungeoneering spears' examine are wrongly spelt. "A stick made for poking - violet poking." The word should be 'violent'. P.S Great job with all the equipment stats from the new skills btw. Crew Edit: Nice catch! Done ~Juhniz
  21. Just letting everyone know, to do away with binded items, you can also sell to the Smuggler for cash. So there's two ways to get rid of it: Destroy or Sell.
  22. I noticed the KB doesn't include stats for mauls and spears. Here is Gorgonite Spear (p+); looks as though it's a double-bladed spear because there are greenish-looking poison at both ends. EDIT: Some TIF poster mentioned that plateskirts and platelegs have different stats. This is true that plateskirts seem to have higher crush defence than its equivalent platelegs counterpart.
  23. Lvl 129 Bulwark Beast -- (Forgot to examine it >.<) It has an armour-plating that seems really hard to hit through with a sword. The rock falling from the top is one of its attacks like Tz-tok Jad's. "Your weapon fails to break through the beast's armour plates." It has another attack form; it's a magic attack consisting of lighting beams. Able to be deflected using Deflect Magic Curse. It can splash so it's not that bad. This is its melee attack, raising its 2 front limbs to smash down on you. This is its range attack. It spews forth a cloud of green smoke. Able to be deflected using Deflect Range Curse. (Didn't get the picture showing deflects though) EDIT: Sorry TIP Crew, just realised this is Items Database Info. Perhaps if possible, the monster info could be shifted to somewhere appropriate? Thanks.
  24. Lvl 120 Hobgoblin Geomancer -- An ugly, smelly creature with a makeshift staff. This boss is able to disable prayer just like a Dragon Scimitar special. I didn't take note how long prayers were disabled. This boss also binds, or snare, or entangle (i don't know which) and teleports away to a distance to attack. If solo-ing, bring a bow.
