Well, to be honest I looked on the map from around Lumbridge to Varrock. You will see little white snow piles on the map. I went to them, but also while going to them I checked with my Ice Imp. So just incase it wasn't the right one I didn't have to go all the way there to see if it was it. Hope this helped.
