picture help

yes i know there is a how to post a picture thread ive read it many times and i use image shack but each time i try i always get a thumb nail and it really gets anyoing. would anyone willing tell me how to actually post the picture in the forums N O T T H E T H U M B N A I L. ive looked over the thread and still fail at posting plx help ty

Near the end of the picture there should be 4 letters ".th." delete one fullstop and the th.
