I charter ship (usually from catherby, i'm not sure of a closer one to a bank/tele).

 

 

 

Also fairy rings are closer than CW bank by a little way (the one for that hutner area).

A less expensive alternative is to go by gnome glider via al kharid and stronghold, but this still involves some running past the chin hunting area.

 

 

 

Charter is fastest by far.
