and when I looked through the guide I suddenly spotted that there is a tribal statue for those who have completed Tai Bwo Wannai Trio to recharge prayer

 

If that is the case, then how about the prayer book obtained during the Great Brain Robbery?

 

Player who have completed the quest can take advantage of the infinite prayer points to cure any poison with just 2 inexhaustible items : the prayer book and the holy symbol?

True, but you can't "give" a broodoo victim anti-poison then..the green one that is. It's the best way to defeat one. They stay on the world map a long time if you don't kill them and can even attack other players if you leave the area and someone else comes walking by. It helps to bring food and recylms balm, too.
