im pretty sure its blackjacking once you hit 55, untill then just pickpocket farmers or whatever floats your boat.

Umm, isn't Pyramid Plunder about the quickest...?

Pyramid Plunder is fastest at upper levels, but I have my own method that I recommend. Now that you can bank in Fremmy, steal fish from there and bank. It is only a click or two away from bank.

There is no way to make "Millions fast and easy"...
