December 27, 200817 yr So i need 69 smithing so i was wondering if any of you have a fast but not too expensive way to train smithing.

December 27, 200817 yr I've found that an excellent way to gain smithing experience and not lose money is to smelt iron bars with Rings of Forging, and then use the Stealing Creation hammer to turn them into iron knives. You gain smelting + double smithing experience, and the knives actually sell for a profit on the GE. It's decently fast for gaining levels and makes a profit, which can then be invested into gold ores for smithing with goldsmithing gauntlets.
