Best armor for level 83.

I want to know the best armor combination possible in general. Not in one specific area, but overall.

Combat doesn't matter. At your defense level, dragon/bandos; barrows has slightly more def, but degrades over time.

Now if you are going to use the armor for killing monsters (i.e. slayer) then you can easily make some money to pay for the repairs. And even then you will most likely only be using the chest and legs pieces, unless you like the set effects.

 

Use a helm of neitznot(sp?) or slayer helm/black mask, Whip if you got it and a rune defender.

 

 

 

But if you don't feel like having to repair it, then do what ladycai suggests and get dragon/barrows.

Head: Helm of neiznot/Black mask(slayer only)

 

Neck: Fury/Glory

 

Legs: Verac's plateskirt

 

Torso: Fighter's Torso

 

Boots: Dragon Boots

 

Weapon: Whip or D scimmy

 

Shield: Rune defender

 

Cape: Obby/God cape/god cloak

 

Ring: Lumbridge Explorer's ring 3/Berserker ring/Ring of Wealth
