It's about 700k per hour or if you cant go there then canfis clothes are 650k per hour. Also w/ 70 ranged how much money an hour do you figure i could make there / ranged exp. And w/ my stats should i use 'the weapon' Chaos tunnels, and yes - price fell a lot last time I checked, it'll be faster XP. If it doesn't work that well you can stick with broad bolts, though.
