You could try going to mos'le harmless and buying pirate clothes at the store there, banking them and then selling at the ge. It's about 700k per hour or if you cant go there then canfis clothes are 650k per hour.

Chaos tunnels, and yes - price fell a lot last time I checked, it'll be faster XP. If it doesn't work that well you can stick with broad bolts, though.
