December 28, 200817 yr Is there any difference when using at the King Black Dragon? I'm soloing and using Void with Range, and was wondering if it's worth bringing my Dragonfire Shield or not. What are the differences? Should I stick with the normal shield or bring the other one? Thanks -Sneldo Fear one thing in all that is...Fear Sneldo.
December 28, 200817 yr use anti dfs takes has -10 range bonus but what about the defence bonuses? It might be worth it.
December 28, 200817 yr Author use anti dfs takes has -10 range bonus The shield DFS has -5 range, not -10 though. Main reason why I posted again is to ask another question: Should I use a protect pray? Which one? Fear one thing in all that is...Fear Sneldo.

Which one? well whatever your ranging your not going to be upclose ....why need melee defense use pray mage barely helps though
December 28, 200817 yr Magic prayer doesn't help at all. You should be ranging it at melee range with protect from melee on, so the KBD hits you less with the dragon breaths. Since you'll be only be hit by the breaths, melee defence is unnecessary, and hence the anti-fire shield works better (as it doesn't adversely affect ranging unlike it's more expensive counterpart).
