AndyPandy
Just posting to let you know about this cool thing from Adobe. Some of you may know of it, some may not. It's called Kuler, basically it makes colour patterns for you, good for sigs and the like. You can upload an image, and choose the mood for the colour scheme you want, be it dark, light deep etc. It will then pick out 5 colours from the image that go with the mood you selected, and you can even download these into photoshop. Even if you use another program, you can use it as a visual reference for colour schemes for a sig. So you could upload a render, and use the colours it provides to help with the background and such. As I said, many of you photoshop users will have probably heard of this, but for those who haven't, it's pretty useful. http://kuler.adobe.com/#themes/rating?time=30 So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be. Sam
I've posted this in my resources thread, which is stickied :P Anyhow, I find it a very useful tool, as most people say I'm not the best guy for colours :wall: I used it making your england signature  2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
Jopie211
Read about this a while ago. It seems like a pretty nice tool, but I would still think that picking your own colour scheme would get you the most suitable results. pixel avvy by me deviantART
Sam
^Though, it does help alot when making type sigs, where there isn't a colour scheme you can really follow. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
