I'm 56 mining atm and wanna get 59 for defender of varrock quest...

 

 

 

Can i be 58 mining and boost to 59 to start quest?

Some Quests don't allow boosts unfortunately, thats one of them, i would have done the same thing with rocking out...59 isn't hard at all anways, just like 1/2 - 1 hour of powermining iron or even granite if you must. :o
