Looking through the guide for temple building/shade cremating, I noticed that there is almost no information regarding eucalyptus pyre logs. So, I went to jagex's knowledge base and found the following information:

 

 

 

Eucalyptus pyre logs require level 63 firemaking and use 4 doses of sacred oil.

 

Any type of shade remains except fiyr will burn on eucalyptus pyre logs.

 

Burning a eucalyptus pyre log gives 246 firemaking experience.

I was bored and I decided to check on this for you. I looked at the Tip.It guide and it appears that eucalyptus pyre logs are listed on one of the tables (the one for prayer and shade log burning combinations, which answers your "also" question), but not both. It's also listed in the KB, just like you mentioned which should help in getting the bottom of the two tables updated. Nice catch!
