You need no specific weapon or item to kill them with.

 

 

 

They can be found in the Slayer dungeon East of Relleka, as well as the Chaos Tunnels.

 

 

 

According to the Tip.It Beastiary:

 

 

 

"Although this monster attacks with melee forms, the power is magic based (though the protect from melee prayer will bring the protection). Wear dragonhide armour for the best defence, although more experienced players may prefer to take a shield with high magic defence, or a Defender for the strength bonus too."
