Well the answer is: They are Building they're "DROP POTENTIAL".

 

 

 

Drop Potential determines how good your next PVP kill will be, so the higher your Drop Potential the better your kill.

 

 

 

TO increase your Drop Potential you have to stay in PVP world for 30 minutes with 75k+ risked.

 

 

 

This is where people flower each other(Hit each other with flowers)or strike each other(air strike each other) for 30 miuntes or more.

Yeah, I currently see nobody there.

The fact people do this to get around Jagex filters, and increase your wealth by cheating, is potentially quite sad.

This is not how JaGEx intended PVP worlds to be used.
