January 4, 200917 yr Try giant Spiders in Stronghold of security dungeon, 3rd floor.(the green looking floor) Stronghold of Security is in Barbarian village. they are fairly good exp and shouldn't hit on you much if you wear full rune. you will need food, though. tuna will work.
