January 5, 200917 yr Hi everyone, this may sound like a stupid question, but I just always wondered :'does your magic level has an effect on your general magic defence ? ' tnx in advance for the sake
January 5, 200917 yr Yes it does. Some people state that your magic defence is 50% your magic level plus 50% your def. R.I.P. Neko :[5,445,898,965th to 99 WoodcuttingBlogs are dead
January 5, 200917 yr Author so it wont make a lot of difference in hits if i train it up from 68 till 80 or something ?
January 5, 200917 yr You'll notice massive changes in the amounts you get hit with greater levels. 60-68 shouldn't have much visible differences. On a side note, I was once guiding a friend through waterfiends (he was 99 def, 80 mage. I'm 99 mage, 80 def ironically). Though we were wearing the same armor, they were hitting harder on him with mage (and more frequent) than me. :ohnoes: 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
January 5, 200917 yr well if its 50% then no, it wouldnt. even with 99 mage, it seems like magic always still owns me lol Howdydee2003:99 Attack - 99 Strength - 99 Hits - 99 Magic - 99 SmithingFirst To get 99 Smithing With GoldSmithing Guants Zx7r Ninja (Currently Training) Updated 2/14/09: Ags Achieved on 2/15/0975/75 Attack 89/99 Strength 50/50 Def 78/85 Hits***Owned a Bandos Godsword since 59 Combat***
January 5, 200917 yr Don't forget armor too >_> I noticed hitting people with 70 def (fist of guthix ftw XD) and 70 mage frequently with d'hide top, legs, and neitiz. EDIT: I once did a 99-99 battle, and the damage was often, but resistance low. D: 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
