What level should I be to do these quests?

Hp 60

 

Magic 47

 

 

 

I have full rune armor and dragon battle axe w/ kite shield

 

 

 

I am referring to the quest "The Grand Tree" which requires you to kill a lvl 172 demon..

 

Am I able to do it? Any tips?

 

Also after completing that I want to do the Monkey Madness quest so I can weld the dragon scimitar, but that one is even harder (lvl 195 Jungle demon and a bunch of other NPCs)

Trust me, the level 172 demon isnt too hard.

 

 

 

The easiest way to do it is I found is to use a rune halebeard and safespot behind the blue rocks. Bring a super set and monks.

 

 

 

EDIT: oops forgot about MM, anyway, best way is to let the gnomes finish the jungle demon off, and when its on its last 5 -10 hp you jump in.

 

 

 

You should bring some super anti poison pots, because some of the spiders when I did it, nearly killed me. :wall:

You can do both of those easily. The demons can be easily beaten with magic and standing a good distance away so that they cant melee you. The MM demon do not melee him or you will get murdered. You can melee the grand tree demon if you want though. Pretty much up to you. And sharks are always good. If thats too steep get pineapple pizzas, i wouldnt recommend those on the MM demon tho as you need the time to attack more than eat.

What are some good magic spells?

I would normally say Ancients Blood spells, but if you're on the classic spellbook, just use the highest level combat spell you can do - unless you're in the "blast" zone, where you're better off using chaos gauntlets and fire bolt.

Well, the highest one you can do, which is I think Water Blast ?

 

Unless its weaker to certain elements which I'm not sure about.

i meeled the demon from monkey madness, been pretty tough, wouldn t recomend for ur cb lvl.
