Recruitment Drive is one of the quests, can't remember the other. No, the quests to access Initiate and Proselyte are seperate. If you're going for Proselyte, then yes, you have to do the quest for Initiate first which is Recruitment Drive before you're eligible to do Slug Menace, the quest which unlocks Proselyte :D . ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
