Hi Im currently ranging the wraiths. but not getting an elixir drop. I know they are rare but I have been killing for days. I get more drops of addy bars using ranging ring. No good drops with RoW.

But if I equip jennicas ring I get spirit shield drops.(6 so far)

q. What ring if any should I use to get the elixir drop?

Do the drop odds change if I mele instead?

Thanks guys

s

combat method doesnt affect drop, i personally dont use a row cause i dont dont really see a noticeble difference. if u want a elixer drop from them itll take alot more kills i think

I doubt those drops change because of a ring your wearing.. Unless i am wrong, you must be imagining it (no offence). However, i am not sure.

ROW makes the chances of spirit shields and elixers(as well as dragon items) larger.

think of two wheels, one has the normal dropset, the other has rare drops.

on the first wheel, there are a few slots which take you to the rare wheel.

for tormented wraiths, the elixer section is likely much smaller than the spirit shield section.

ROW increases the amount/size of the normal>rare sections, therefore allowing a rare drop to be obtained (albeit slightly) easier than without the ring.

of course, it is beleived there is a new wheel for charms.

thats the leading theory at this time as far as i know.
