SportsGuy
I'm about to try the dungeon part of the quest. I am unsure just how dangerous it is, because I need to get the two chests (for the scabarite notes) and finish the quest. First, can the chests be opened before facing the priest down there. Second, what kind of gear and prayer should I use to make sure that I make it through alive? I know there are all three kinds of monsters down there (melee, magic, and range). Third, exactly what do I do when facing the guy at the end? Fight him? Just talk? Defend against attacks? I'm scared of losing high quality and expensive weapons. Allbot
i recall the quest being harder than i expected, u should bring some quality food and a bob with some p pots. the final fight u basicly have to outlast his attacks because u cant really kill him. oh ur going to a sup anti there are some traps in the dungeon, pray ranged is probably the most helpful. Kidd_Varrow
You don't need to open the chests in the dungeon. Just go straight for the high priest.

I need the pages for the side-quest. Xinxan
Two words for you: Relycim's Balm. That odd potion obtained from Zogre Flesh Eaters is extremely useful here, as the traps can give you the "disease" and you don't want random levels to go down while in there. Quick way to get some is to simply buy from the shop npc just south of Castle Wars (the Zogre quest is required for this, so if you haven't done it, ask a friend, i think the pots are tradeable). Mr_Adam
The high priest poisons through your anti, so you're going to need more than you think. A one-click teleport would also be wise, it may be needed.
SportsGuy
How long do I have to last there? Is it a three minute "fight" or does he just attack for thirty seconds or so in a barrage? Mr_Adam
I can't recall his exact conversation, but you talk to him, taking no damage, for a little bit. Then he freaks out and attacks you for a bit (you can fight back, but he won't die). Do this a few times and then he will stop attacking you, and the quest will be near-over. You'll still be attacked by the scabarites in the other room though, I think.

The scabarites can't come into the high priest's room with you, so you can simply teleport out once you're done with him and be fine.
