January 13, 200917 yr I think so, I haven't tried, but I'm guessing you can probably get the bull roarer back from the forester. January 13, 200917 yr Author well its more of a skilling weapon im getting to wield. only problem is i went back to the forester to get a bull roarer, but he wants something interesting to trade for it. so im not sure what the darn hippy wants. :| Popoto.~<3
January 13, 200917 yr I don't think you need the bull roarer back to get more holy water. (Unless you got rid of the golden bowl as well?) Just get it the same way you did in the quest.

January 13, 200917 yr Have you tried getting another map to complete from Radimus Erkle? I can't really think of anything else atm.
January 13, 200917 yr I think all you need is the book of binding and another bowl, which will not need to be blessed this time. Use empty vials on the book to enchant them and then fill them with water from the pool. Bullroarer is not needed - which is fortunate because I don't think there is a way to get another.
