It's just a glitch, there are still some to be ironed out after the quest, for example Duradel's chat box doesn't say his name when you ask him for tips. They'll get fixed eventually but aren't Jagex's priority right now.

Talking about WGS I noticed Duradel's replacement was called Disciple of the Devourer but now is called Lapalok.
