mining and smithing help

i just got 69 mining and smithing today :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

 

 

 

i was wondering if to get to 70 it would be effiecient to buy mith ores and nature runes (im f2p and mith has too much competition to actually mine it)

 

then mine the coal superheat in the guild, then smith into full mith sets

 

then once i get 70 mining i will just superheat the rest of 70smith (shouldnt take too long for the superheating

 

that works out to making 27 sets (351 bars) (1404 coal)

 

and then superheating 1383 mithril bars

 

 

 

does this sound efficient (i am f2p therefore no sc hammers, blast furnace, or coal trucks or powermining iron)

 

i am also looking for minimal loss

 

 

 

any suggestions?

 

 

 

edit-just found that i lost 8k off of 24k xp or about .3gp/xp doing superheating

Not too bad. If you're up for mining the mith and aren't worried about revernants (Can't spell that word), then the hobgoblin mine in the wilderness has a lot of mith and absolutely no competition. Only problem is that it's a little dangerous and banking is slow.

 

 

 

Super heating (or mith bar smithing in general) is kind of annoying, since you can only do 5 and then you have to bank it again. I'd do it at the duel arena bank chest since it's a 1-click bank, that should cut down on your time a little bit.

i never knew that da had a 1 click bank (fmed for only bout 100k xp there)

 

also mith bars smithing doesnt really make me annoyed since i am training mage quite effieciently (for f2p)
