Waht level range do I need to get this?

Around 1:30-2 hours.

2 hours and yes, also depends on what bolts you use.

is there a point where I can stop or do I have to do straight through?

You can log out after any wave.

 

 

 

Just click logout and you will get a message saying you can logout after the next wave but if you try to log out again before completing the wave you will have to start over.
