Bruv, you brought retireds not on your "active" listing. An active listing means the people on the list are active. You can't just switch out members willy nilly and say your active list has 39 people on it :shame: The people on the list are the only people allowed to attend. Thats how memberlists work.

Incorrect little buddy, you claim to expect to have been warring our actives list, which means you expected to war at best 39? we pulled 38 regardless of where they came from, they were all NBK, you cant just make rules willy nilly "bruv", the active list isn't there so you can pick and choose, you war NBK then you war the full list.
