Use them on the sheep to shear them. Unfortunately the sheep escape sometimes so it's best to set your speed to "run." You can actaully pick up a pair of shears inside the house. I just checked and there's also no hay NW of his house. It seems it's a lil out of date :P Also Spinning it: Once you have 20 fleeces you need to spin them.
