July 25, 200520 yr Every once in awhile, a valueclick pop-up comes up even when im not surfing the web. I cleared my cache and did a few scans with repairs with Adaware and Spybot S&D and yet it still keeps popping up. How exactly can I get rid of this valueclick thing without paying for some high end program?
