So, I've heard about a guy who buys your pouches. Can anyone give me the details? Who is the guy, where can I find him, how exactly does it work, is he available to all players, etc.

Can't remember his name but the ogre guy south of Yanille at the summoning obelisk there, trade pouches in for 70% of the spirit shards back which is better than high alching or selling on GE for like 9 times out of 10.
