paintballdm4
I was reading a guide about the fight caves and it said either a karils x-bow with 3k bolt racks or rune c-bow with 1k bolts and im just wondering which is gunna be better for the price. im also wondering what to bring for range gear because im gunna do the guthan method and dont know if i should bring karils top and bottom or just regular black (cant afford the armadyl...) Kidd_Varrow
A rune crossbow with addy bolts will be MUCH cheaper than karil's. Rune cbow actually gives a better range bonus if I remember correctly. As for armor, black dhide gives better melee defense, while karil's gives better magic defense. The_Fray
Broad Bolts are more cost effective as long as you have 55 slayer.
paintballdm4
are broad bolts still as good as addy because i just tried doin it with addy bolts and made it to about wave 40 but it took me a really long time to kill the 180 with range. not sure if i should use enchanted bolts, the same, or broad bolts Barrows Drops--Karil top, Ahrim bottom, Dharok legs, Dharok helmDaganoth Kings Drops--6 x Dragon AxeArmadyl GWD--Armadyl Hilt
leonxb
I'm 100% sure that broad bolts are as strong as addy bolts. Broad bolts work fine during fight caves, but you could bring some diamond enchanted bolts to kill jad and the 360s. And black dhide is a very good choice when doing fight caves, because it gives more melee def than karil and you don't need magic def anyway.
