Superheating is a good way to train smithing? Do i lose much for good xp?

You would lose 23gp per mithril bar and each superheat gives 30 smithing experience. That's about 1.30exp/gp . There are, indeed, faster ways, but alot more expensive.

 

 

 

So if you got no budget for the fastest methods, you could try superheating.

i did at least 15k superheats

set your invo up like this m=mithril c=coal n=nats G=gp (not neccessary) withdraw 5 mithril and all coal then superheat clicking the spell then onto the lower spot holder ore
