You can use Bones to Peaches tabs just like Teleport tabs, they're easier to get than unlocking the spell.

 

 

 

70 Ranged and 70 Defence are the minimum levels for Aviansies.

I think he means what kind of runes and how many he'll need to unlock it at the Mage Training Arena.

The only levels required for Aviansies are the ones to access the dungeon, but there are also stat suggestions which greatly improve your kill rates, drops, and how long you manage to stay in the area (as well as which ones you fight)
