on tip.it it says u need to ask the observatory professor and he will tell u to get 2 items. But i cant do that because everytime i talk to him he asks me about the quest i have to do for him. Do i have the finish the observatory quest before i can do a coordinate clue?

I believe if you have started the quest, you have to complete it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you haven't started the quest, you can get the watch from Brother Kojo at the observatory.
