They look like the Frog Prince Legs, that or they might be elegant? Last one's a stretch.

have u looked through the default styles... ?

The feet look like splitbark boots.

 

Not sure about the rest. They look like ele' or pantaloons but they're different colours. :?

 

Perhaps prince leggings with splitbark boots? Just an idea.
