callmearvin Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 i've been trying to figure out how to make these but i can't seem to find it on the tip.it guides. can anymore please help me out? what lvl smithing or crafting to make it & is it steel bar or silver bar to make the bolts? pinguimmaiden Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 You need to cut a ruby with chisel and make the into bolt tips - 34 craft. Use bolt tips on addy bolts to make ruby bolts - 63 fletch. Use enchant c'bow bolts spell - 49 magic. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
