January 29, 200917 yr I remember reading somewhere that you can can shards that are cheaper then 25 gp each, by buying familiar pouches and then trading them to the ogre. The shards come out to being only a couple shards coins less. Now I'm just wondering, what would be some good pouches to use? By good I mean they buy fast on the G.E. or give the cheapest shards. January 29, 200917 yr You have to constantly check the GE prices because they change...constantly...However, usually the higher leveled pouches have a better conversion rate, the lower leveled ones are easier to buy, and crimsons are usually the only reasonable ones that you can get in large quantities at a fast pace. January 29, 200917 yr The Runescape Wiki has the GE price and Bogrog shard swap values pretty close to each other: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Summoning_pouches I don't think they update the GE prices that often, but I'm sure it will give you an idea on what pouches could work.
