Wear Full Bronze and Dhide vambs + staff and go cast Curse on the caged Monk of Zamorak in Varrock Palace. Good luck ;)

use dummys in lumby :wall: :wall: no noobs can start ranging at it or stealing ur kill./..all 2k people could cast curse on the same dummy...
