what is a good item to buy off g.e. and High Alch

 

And what is one that reqq a skill like fletch. What item is it?

These two website show the best items to alch. If you alch rune hastas and you buy both the hasta and nat at med, you make about 44gp per cast, but they're extremely arduous to buy. :|

Your second question doesn't make sense, but for the first I'll say battlestaves and adamant plates. If you charge your own orbs for the battlestaves, you'll recieve a hefty 75xp per (assuming airs) as well as crafting experience when you make it. \
