Pixel art programs

Featured Replies

does anyone know some pixel art programs that would be good for someone new to making pixel sigs?

MSpaint is simple, easy, free, and you don't even have to download it if you have Windows OS. Its got few but good tools, try them all out. If you upload pics from MSpaint, save them as png, or save them as bmp then upload in imageshack.us and the site will automatically change the format to png, it's great. :)

Pixel Art

MSpaint is awsome, simple and has all the basic tools to make pixel art, pencil tool. :D if you want something with more of an "umph", you can try Graphics Gale. just google search it, can't remember the website. anyways it's NOT FREE but it gives you a trial and if you like it, you can buy it. Graphics Gale enables some basic animations, multiple layers, etc. but if you want something free and reliable, MSpaint is your best bet.
