Ok so I just finished Smoking Kills quest... and before I did it I have been on a task that I do not like...

 

in order to change or block this task do I have to generate points first? Or what can I do besides change it with the guy from Burthope??

Well if you are yet to start accumulating points there is no reason NOT to just go and Burth the task.. If you are yet to gain a task on your "streak" then you mine as well Burth it.

 

 

 

Either that or suck it up and finish it.
