Engel Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 Its a nice alternative to strength boosting gear, but isn't any good for defending. If you plan on training on weak monsters or are going to use prayer, then go get it. But if you're looking to kill anything much stronger than a moss giant, you'd waste too much food, so forget it.
