February 9, 200917 yr I have full void range so getting the melee helm wont take too long to get. Is it worth it or should I just pass on it.

February 9, 200917 yr Its a nice alternative to strength boosting gear, but isn't any good for defending. If you plan on training on weak monsters or are going to use prayer, then go get it. But if you're looking to kill anything much stronger than a moss giant, you'd waste too much food, so forget it.
