Hi! My RS account was hacked, and I just got it back. The hacker had broken some rules on it, so I recieved some blackmarks I also got a 7 day mute. Since I wasn't the one who broke the rules I appealed the offense. I selected the option saying that someone had access to my account and broke the rules, so my account is locked till they figure it out. After submitting an apeal, I did the steps to unlock my account so I could have it as soon as they look into the offenses. Now heres, my question. When you go to track an account recovery, it says that if you are trying to get back a locked account, you must wait till the lock time is up. Does anyone know how long that lasts? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sadly, anywhere from 20 minutes up to a week. Jagex wants to get it right, and they will make sure you wern't on the account, and that you are the true owner of it. Good luck.

Thanks a lot guys for the feedback. Hopefully I'll get it unlocked soon. I lost my full dragon to the guy, so I got a lot of mining and dragon killing ahead of me to get it back :(
