Why no upper level Servers?

How's this:

A few servers where you must be EITHER lvl 85 combat OR 85+ in a non-combat skill. Actually, let's say two.

Also, a server that you pay extra to use say instead of $5 a month you pay $6.50 a month. It would keep at least a few noobs off.

Here's more as to why I wanted this...

I love it how people who probably started playing 4 months ago seem to be against this (acsas). I'm sure if I had a 97 total and 70-ish combat with full rune I'd be just fine training on my "private server." I'm done ignoring. I can't just ignore them forever. Maybe some of you can, but when I get I get frustrated over something, I want to fix it, instead of just leaving it as it is.

It would be too expensive for Jagex as i'm guessing not everyone would use it, I also see no reason to have one and then i'm guessing once a 1300+ skill total one is opened people will want a 1400+ and a 1500+ etc.

Yes! Lets make those servers!

Then all the high levels could go there and we newbs can get some peace and quiet.

:D

Finally, someone with sense! lol. This "elite server" thing is a bad idea. There's still high lvl jerks out there. And, seriously, you're not wanting to get rid of newbs. You're wanting to get rid of jerks. Newbs shouldn't bother you. They can't compete. Ever have 60 mining and mine coal around ppl who barely make the req? You get the coal. And, author of this topic, I picture you as someone who says "noob" alot, due to your wanting of segregation of "noobs". And it appears my reply has made a full circle.
