Hi i need help on something tricky, i am lvl 77 strength and i dont know where to train from there its hard and i want to know the easiest f2p monster to train on witch gives good exp. also what the specific requirments are plz thanks =)

Another place is the Stronghold of Player Safety, you could train on the Cockroach workers (combat level in the 50s). They have some decent drops for their level too :)
