Or do you not know how to sober him up? 1. He is found south of Rimmington, near Mudskipper Point. 2. Well this is how to sober him up. Give him nettle tea first: Nettle tea is a hot drink made from using nettle leaves in a bowl of water, then using the nettle-water on a range (you need 20 cooking) To get the hangover cure: Mix chocolate dust with a bucket of milk to get chocolatey milk (no cooking xp) then mix it with snape grass to make the hangover cure.
