Well, tbh, this is my first sprite tag. But I think I made it pretty well.

At first, I wanted to make it for the SOTW #6, but then I thought it wasn't retro enough, so I'm gonna make a new entry.

Anyways, C/C?

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends.

RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.

Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.

Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.

I strike out every other week.

Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.

Randox pretty much stays rational.

Etc, etc

Looks kinda messy.. I don't know really, I never used spirits before, but is it really that different from ordinary renders?

Not too different, but sprites create a different overall look and not all backgrounds fit with sprites.

I don't really like the colors and it looks pretty plain :? All it looks like you did was put a c4d as the bg, added a c4d to the right, then added your render and blended some colors to make flow. Oh, and lighting and motion blur.

For your information, there is no such thing as motion blur on that pic, I made hard time with a background, which I still unfortunately covered up by that effect C4D, and it isn't just normal blending.

Where did you find the spirit btw? :P

I think, it's too many colors too, takin focal off the spirit..

I got it out from planetrenders, they have pretty much of sprites around there.

Needs a lot of work.

The flow is terrible, the colors do not go together, at all, there is no real main focal point, the background is a bunch of c4ds and a random color. The sprite is blended to much, but i like how it looks like he is turning into dust and getting sucked in, that looks real good.

You need to work on your color and flow mainly.
