I have completed Underground Pass and received a clue in the elven lands. However, I have not completed Regicide so I had to take the Underground Pass route; once I arrived at the door into Iban's throneroom it said I could not open the door. I have the zamorak robes on and nothing else. Any idea on how to open the door?

You need to start Regicide first...
