Installing Intel Graphic Drivers on Ubuntu

My pc recently crashed. Managed to save the pics :D

 

Any way the only OS my pc currently has is ubuntu...Any way to install intel chipset drivers on it (HD's not working, used to earlier).

As far as I am aware, Ubuntu detects and installs Intel integrated chip drivers by default.
